Stuffed pork loin with tomatoes and cheese

Italian, amazingly delicious pork loin dish cook at home. We stuff the loin with sun-dried tomatoes, cheese Mozzarella, garlic and fresh basil.

  1. Dried tomatoes cut into strips, basil – finely, garlic grind through a press, divide the mozzarella cheese into small pieces. A piece of my loin, soak in paper towels and in the middle we make a deep cut (pocket).

  2. Carefully open the prepared pocket, fill the cheese flavorful filling, sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and spread on a baking sheet. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour 15 minutes. After 40 minutes, we look if the filling on top starts to burn, cover with foil.

  3. We take out the fragrant stuffed loin, leave for 10 minutes, then chop and serve.
