  1. Wash the mushrooms, dry on a towel and remove the legs.

  2. Grate cheese on a medium grater, mix with chopped garlic and mayonnaise. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  3. Add salt and fill the prepared mushroom caps.

  4. Stuffed champignons are sent to a baking sheet and add top cheese mixture.

  5. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Ready take out the fragrant mushrooms with minced pork and cheese, transfer to a plate with herbs or vegetables and serve.
