  1. Peppers are cut in half, peeled and put in a preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  2. Add sweet corn, peas, coriander to the finished rice. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper, mix.
  3. Remove the peppers from the oven and spread the rice mixture in cavity, a little pressure.
  4. For each pepper, break the egg and sprinkle with a little ground pepper.
  5. Return the peppers to the oven and bake for about another minutes 12-15.
  6. Serve with soy sauce and cherry tomatoes. Have a nice appetite!
