- Peppers are cut in half, peeled and put in a preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Add sweet corn, peas, coriander to the finished rice. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper, mix.
- Remove the peppers from the oven and spread the rice mixture in cavity, a little pressure.
- For each pepper, break the egg and sprinkle with a little ground pepper.
- Return the peppers to the oven and bake for about another minutes 12-15.
- Serve with soy sauce and cherry tomatoes. Have a nice appetite!
