  1. Mushrooms need to remove the legs.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic, put it in a mortar, pour a pinch of dry basil, add softened butter and salt. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Coat the inside of the hats with garlic oil. To lay out champignons in a heat-resistant form, pour the wine, cover the form foil, put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees (total on 30 minutes).
  4. While the mushroom caps are baked, we will prepare the filling. Sausage cut into slices. With cookie cutters we cut figures.
  5. The remaining sausage needs to be cut into 3 mm pieces.
  6. Add cottage cheese to the sausage, add a little salt, add chopped green onions, season with black pepper and mix.
  7. Remove the mushrooms from the oven. Allow the champignons to cool slightly. Stuff them with the filling.
  8. Each mushroom must be sprinkled with grated cheese and again put in the oven for 7 minutes.
  9. Garnish each mushroom with carved sausage figures.
