  1. Wash the mushrooms, dry on a towel and cut the legs. From slices of cheese we cut circles equal to mushroom caps.

  2. Chop the onion with the legs of the mushrooms, send to hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes. Salt, pepper, break the egg and fry until the mixture does not thicken. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  3. Add finely chopped pickled cucumber to the mushroom mixture, parsley and mix. Fill the mushroom caps with a mixture, cover slices of cheese and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

  4. We take out the fragrant champignons, transfer to a plate and immediately serve on the table.
