We will prepare a very unusual and tasty dish at home from leek. Leek has a more delicate taste than regular onions, it completely bitter. Minced meat can be used to any taste, ready or home.   1. Peeled and washed leek into slices long about five cm. Carefully remove the middle and grind.
  2. Fry lightly in a frying pan in vegetable oil chopped onions. Put prepared mince for it, fry about ten minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms, chopped into small pieces, lightly salt and pepper. Fry together for another ten minutes.
  4. Add finely chopped greens, stir, remove baking.
  5. Stuff the prepared onions with chilled minced meat and put in a ceramic baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  7. Serve stuffed onions garnished with herbs.
