  1. We carefully wash the chicken carcass and soak it with paper towels. Spread breast down and make a cut in the middle carcasses, but not cut at the base of the neck.   4. We spread the chicken with meat filling and pumpkin in a greased form, pour water (1 cup) and put in the oven for 1 hour 40 minutes. Through every 30 minutes we take out and pour liquid from the bottom.

  5. We take out the fragrant stuffed chicken, let stand 10 minutes, remove the twine and serve on a beautiful plate on the table.
