  1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut the “legs” of the mushrooms with a knife. Finely chop the “legs” and fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix sour cream and soy sauce. Shuffle the mushroom caps in the resulting sauce and leave for an hour. During this time they should marinate.
  3. Turn chicken into minced meat using a blender or meat grinders.
  4. Minced meat mixed with fried mushrooms, finely chopped green onions, sour cream and spices.
  5. We take out the mushroom caps from the marinade and fill it with minced meat.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
