  1. Remove skin from chicken legs carefully so as not to tear. AND cut the bone near the joint. These are our filling pockets.
  2. Cut all the meat from the legs and twist in a meat grinder.
  3. If I have minced meat, I use it (approximately 400-450 grams for 4 legs), and I remove the legs and then cook with any way, I really do not like to cut meat from them.
  4. Add the grated cheese, salt and spices to taste, garlic and a spoonful of mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix.
  5. Distribute the filling into pockets of leather. AND wrap up.
  6. Cut the potatoes into slices and season with butter, spices and salt. Mix.
  7. Put potatoes in a baking dish, top stuffed legs.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven 200º 40 minutes. Always focus on your oven. But for second courses, I always I use a temperature higher than for baking.
