A very satisfying dish on the principle of two in one. A duet of delicious stuffed chicken breasts with potatoes is a fresh idea for in order to cook at home lunch or dinner. Chicken breasts we stuff sour cream with herbs and cheese. You can do with adding ham or bacon. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise.

  1. Wash the chicken breasts without bone and dry with a paper towel. Cut lengthwise into 2 parts. To beat off each part.
  2. Mix sour cream with chopped herbs. Cut the plates cheese.
  3. For each broken breast we put the cooked sour cream dressing and a slice of cheese.
  4. You can also put a piece of bacon or ham. Solim and pepper Twist in a roll.
  5. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into medium pieces.
  6. On a baking sheet, greased with oil, put the potatoes. Pour it with sour cream, salt, pepper. We put ours on top stuffed chicken rolls, each of which is plentifully greased sour cream.
  7. We heat the oven to 180 degrees and send a baking sheet into it for 50 minutes.
