Delicious appetizer on a festive table of champignons, filet chicken breast, cheese and sour cream. Cooking stuffed mushrooms at home in oven and serve hot.

  1. Wash the mushrooms, dry on a towel, make an incision along circle from the side of the leg and twist it gently. Hats put in a greased form, finely chop the legs.

  3. Spread chopped champignon legs in chicken, fry about 10 minutes, add sour cream mixed with flour, salt, ground pepper and cook for 1 minute. Cooling down. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  4. Cheese (50 gr.) Rub finely spread in chicken with mushrooms, add chopped parsley, mix and fill prepared champignon caps (2 tbsp each).

  5. Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with coarsely grated cheese and put in oven for 20 minutes.

  6. We put the fragrant stuffed champignons on a plate and immediately serve on the festive table.
