  1. Peel and wash the champignons. Remove the legs with a sharp knife.

  2. Grind the legs, add finely chopped onions to them and fry.

  3. Fry the hats on both sides (5 minutes each).

  4. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and mix with legs and onions.

  5. Fill each hat with this mixture, put on a baking sheet, covered with foil, and send it preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
