  1. Frozen spinach, chopped garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Ricotta cheese mixed with grated hard cheese, chopped mint leaves and ground pepper. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, mix the cheese mixture with spinach and green peas, try on salt.

  3. For cooking, you can take large champignons (4 pcs.) Or medium (8 pcs.). We cut the legs of champignons, fill the cheese stuffing with peas, transfer to a baking sheet and bake 30 minutes.

  4. We take out the ready-made fragrant champignons with cheese and peas and immediately serve on the table. These champignons can be served as hot and cold appetizer.
