In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 4 cm. Of peanut oils. Mix 1/2 tbsp. wheat flour and starch, 3/4 tbsp. seltzer water and 1/4 tsp coarse salt, then mix with 450 gr. green beans. Remove the pods from the batter and fry in oil in batches. for 2 minutes until golden brown. Dry on paper towels.
