For start blanch the beans, cut into thin strips in boiling water, so that it becomes softer, and knead it in the dough.   • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp fine salt
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut the dumplings near the beans and thinly slice diagonally. In the pan boil water, salt and blanch beans without covering the lid until it becomes soft, 4 – 5 minutes.   3. Heat the griddle surface over moderate heat with the remaining 2 Art. l olive oil. Spoon the dough and fry for about 3 minutes.
