The recipe requires considerable time when cooking at home. The peculiarity of the dish is that tasty beef is cooked without seasonings and additional ingredients, i.e. completely natural product. If desired, you can salt on the table, pepper, use all kinds of sauces. But meat is good on its own to myself. Give it a try!

  1. Do not wash the meat, wipe with a damp cloth.
  2. “Seal” – fry the meat in a dry hot pan over half a minute on all sides. Use non-stick cookware.
  3. Put the meat in a baking dish, send to the oven for 240 minutes at 100 degrees.
  4. At the end of cooking, cover, leave on half an hour. Then cool in the open. Serve cold.
