  1. First, prepare the pesto sauce. Mix cilantro in a blender, basil, garlic and pine nuts. Grind in a blender so that chop nuts. Add the bulk of the parmesan, hot pepper. Continuing to stir, add oil, stir until smooth. Add the remaining cheese and salt / pepper to taste.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, salt and pepper, add spices if desired, bake in the oven for 20 minutes at temperature of 200 degrees.
  3. Peel the squid and make cuts on the carcass. Grease olive oil, salt, add pepper and add to potatoes 10 minutes before readiness.
