  1. First, clean the squid, for this, fill them with boiling water, the peel immediately curls up and leaves very easily. Also need scrub inside. Or buy already peeled squids.
  2. For the filling, cut fins from the carcass, finely chop. Boil the chicken and eggs, rub the carrots, finely onion chop, wipe the tomato through a grater, you only need it the flesh.
  3. Fry onion, carrot tomato in oil. Put chopped chicken fillet, chopped squid fins, salt and pepper. Mix and turn off.
  4. Dice the eggs and mix with the main filling. With the resulting filling, we fill the squid carcasses, close the edge a toothpick.
  5. We send in the oven preheated to 180 C for 15-20 minutes, covering shape foil or cover. After 15 minutes, sprinkle each carcass cheese, put in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Cut the prepared stuffed squids into slices and put on lettuce leaves.
