This spotty cupcake turned out to be just a masterpiece in taste! I do not just kidding, it’s very simple to cook and some “flavoring” wishes ingredients can be changed or completely excluded.

- Mix soft butter with sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs and brandy, mix well.
- Pour in starch, baking powder and flour, mix until homogeneity.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts.
- In the first part add chopped roasted hazelnuts, mix.
- In the second part add the zest of a whole orange and cocoa, mix.
- In a chaotic manner, alternating dark and light dough, put in the cake pan.
- Bake in a preheated 180º oven for about 1 hour.
- Remove the cupcake from the oven and cool in shape.
- Remove the cooled cake from the mold and pour with a mixture of icing sugar with orange juice.
