  1. We remove the legs of the mushrooms from the hats.
  2. Finely chop the spinach, onion, mushroom legs, and garlic. We send in a hot pan, fry until golden, then simmer on moderate heat for about five minutes.
  3. We stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting vegetable mixture. Sprinkle on top of breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
  4. We send mushrooms to the oven for twenty-five minutes, the temperature set 180 degrees.
