  1. Cut the garlic into slices. We ship to melted butter frozen spinach, garlic, salt, pepper and fry on medium fire for 3-4 minutes, until the liquid evaporates a little. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. Spread the fried spinach in a blender bowl and chop. Separate the yolks from the proteins, beat the proteins with a mixer until fluffy condition.

  3. Mix the chopped spinach with proteins, yolks and flour. Pour the prepared green mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and evenly distribute. Put spinach with eggs in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until completely hardened. Cooling down.

  4. Free the baked spinach with eggs, grease cream cheese, add finely chopped red fish and turn into a roll.

  5. Wrap the spinach roll with foil and cool for at least 2 hours. We take out a beautiful green roll from foil, cut into pieces and immediately serve on the festive table.
