- 0.7 kg carrots, peeled and trimmed
- 2 tbsp. l unrefined coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp ground zira

- 2 feathers of green onions, finely chopped at a large angle

Recipe preparation:
- Cut carrots by rolling: working with one carrot per times, slice them obliquely, rolling the carrots a quarter turn after each cut to make faceted pieces of size for one bite.
