  1. Cut the persimmons into thin slices. Spicy persimmon tart
  2. In a pan with a thick bottom, mix water, sugar and heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add cinnamon, cardamom, star anise and bring to a boil. Reduce the fire, add persimmon and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the stove and give the syrup cool off.
  3. Cooking the filling. Beat eggs with vanilla extract and honey. Add yogurt, starch and mix well.
  4. In a blender, grind cookies into crumbs. Add softened butter and mix.
  5. We lay the base in a form with low sides, well tamp the bottom and press the crumb to the sides.
  6. Pour the filling onto the base and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees. We take slices of persimmons from syrup and spread on pie. Sent to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  7. We take out the tart and let it cool. Enjoy your meal!
