Spicy chili with beef – a detailed recipe for cooking. с друзьями: Photo Spicy Chili with Beef Time: 1 hour. 45 minutes Servings: 4 – 6 The recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr coarsely ground minced beef shovel
  • 450 gr chopped canned tomatoes
  • 450 gr washed canned black beans
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 0.5 tsp dried sage leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 chopped shallots
  • 1 peeled and chopped red bell pepper
  • 0.5 halved, peeled and chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tbsp. l chili powder (spices with chili pepper)
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp ground chipotle (or to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Burgundy wine (read more)
  • 450 gr corn chips

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized heated pan, sauté beef with thyme, sage and garlic. When the meat is browned, remove and dry it. Set aside. Heat oil in the same pan, add onions, garlic, shallots, bell peppers and jalapenos. Fry until vegetables are browned, about 7-10 minutes. Add chili powder, cayenne pepper, chipotle pepper, salt and cook, stirring, until spices begin stick to the pan. Add wine and cook until half the fluid will go away. Add the tomatoes and bring to boiling.
  2. Add and mix beans and prepared beef, simmer, partially covering, over low heat for 1 hour. Serve with corn chips. Chile may be stored in refrigerator for up to two days in a sealed container. Preheat before serve.
