Another variation on the theme of cooking delicious chicken! A spicy creamy combination is sure to please you. For home cooking of this dish can use any parts chicken, except, perhaps, wings. Experiment!

  1. Cut the chicken into portions, if necessary. Salt, add pepper, grease the pieces with adjika and leave marinate for 30min.
  2. Cut the onion into large pieces, fry until golden on a mixture of butter and vegetable oils.
  3. Throw the onion, fry the chicken in the onion oil until golden colors.
  4. Put the chicken in a baking dish.
  5. In a dry frying pan, fry the flour (without oil!) Until brownish-golden color.
  6. Add broth, cream, salt and pepper to taste in a saucepan. Warm, but do not boil. Add chopped garlic and bring to a boil. Pour in flour, mix well. Sauce must get without lumps.
  7. Pour chicken over the sauce and put in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees.
