Spicy chicken curry – a detailed recipe for cooking. with friends: Time: 50 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 8 Used in recipes volumetric containers: one cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 chicken cut into 8 parts
- 4 peeled and diced medium-sized potato tubers the size
- 1 chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 chopped medium onion head
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. l spice mixes Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2-4 buds of cloves
- 2 tbsp. l curry powder
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 and 1/4 Art. water
- Salt
- Boiled white rice for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Combine onions, garlic, pepper in a food processor jalapenos, a mixture of Garam masala, cumin and cloves. Whisk until making pasta with slices. In a large roasting pan over medium heat heat oil. Put onion mixture, curry powder and 1/4 tbsp. water. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Put pieces of chicken, potatoes and salt to taste. Add so much water to cover the ingredients (up to 3 tbsp.) And bring to a boil. Stew until the chicken and potatoes are cooked, about 30 minutes Serve with rice.
