Recipe preparation:
- Mix water with yeast, then mix in both types of flour, salt and olive oil. Knead with a wooden spoon until the dough becomes hard to work.
- Put the dough on a surface lightly sprinkled with flour and knead for 1 minute until it becomes elastic. Put the dough in lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
- While the dough is resting, prepare the filling: put large saucepan over moderate heat and pour oil. Add mushrooms and fry 5 minutes until cooked. Add onions and mix. Add artichokes and lemon zest, warm, salt and pepper taste. Mix pesto with sour cream.
- Preheat oven to 260 ° C and place a baking sheet in the oven or stone for pizza.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and lightly sprinkled with flour roll each part as thin as possible into the surface 22 cm in diameter. Remove the heated pan from the oven. or stone and lightly sprinkle with corn grits.
