Russians have scrambled eggs for breakfast, and paella in Spain! They happen great variety, but today I decided to cook a delicious home classic spanish potato paella and make it with eggs.

  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Rinse and peel the potatoes.
  3. Cut potatoes into circles.
  4. Put the potatoes in the mold.
  5. Let’s make the sauce. 4 eggs, salt and pepper, mix with a whisk or with a fork.
  6. We chop the onions and add to the egg mass. Add a spoonful of tomato paste. Shuffle.
  7. Grate cheese and garlic. Add to the container and mix.
  8. We pour potatoes with the egg-cheese mass. Put in the oven at 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  9. Paella ready, bon appetit!
