  1. My plums, separated from the seeds and cut into slices or into halves.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add sour cream, flour and baking powder and mix until homogeneity.
  4. Lubricate the form with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour dough.
  5. We lay the plums on top and send to bake at 180 C ~ 30-40 minutes. Ready cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
