Sour cream muffins with raisins: a video recipe

I come to you with very tasty, crumbly, airy, sweet cupcakes with raisins. All my friends and colleagues, having tried them, at almost every opportunity they are asked to bake. And each times when they drink tea with them, FAVORABLE ODES fly in my direction.

  1. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 15 minutes to swelling.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, vanillin, salt and soda.
  3. Add soft butter and sour cream, all mix.
  4. Pour in flour and knead the dough.
  5. Drain the water from the raisins and rinse under running water.
  6. Add raisins to the finished dough and mix well.
  7. Lubricate the muffin pan with sunflower oil if you have silicone, then it is NOT NECESSARY to lubricate it.
  8. Put the dough in molds, but not to the brim, as cupcakes baking will rise.
  9. Put the cupcake pan in preheated to 220 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle baked muffins on top with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party.
