- For dough, dissolve yeast and sugar in milk. Add flour and mix.
- Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
- Then add the egg, sour cream and salt. To mix everything.
- Gradually stir in all the flour and knead the dough well.
- Cover with a towel or film and leave for 1 hour.
- After an hour, get the dough and roll into a thin layer.
- For the filling, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and raisins.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough and spin the dough in roll.
- Cut the roll into equal portions. Put on a baking sheet on distance from each other.
- Leave on for 20 minutes.
- Lubricate the buns with an egg using a brush.
- Bake in a preheated 180º oven for approximately 30 minutes. Depends on the size of the buns.
