  1. For dough, dissolve yeast and sugar in milk. Add flour and mix.
  2. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Then add the egg, sour cream and salt. To mix everything.
  4. Gradually stir in all the flour and knead the dough well.
  5. Cover with a towel or film and leave for 1 hour.
  6. After an hour, get the dough and roll into a thin layer.
  7. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and raisins.
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and spin the dough in roll.
  9. Cut the roll into equal portions. Put on a baking sheet on distance from each other.
  10. Leave on for 20 minutes.
  11. Lubricate the buns with an egg using a brush.
  12. Bake in a preheated 180º oven for approximately 30 minutes. Depends on the size of the buns.
