Ingredients for the recipe:
- 340 gr dry soba noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
- 225 gr. cauliflower inflorescences
- 1/3 Art. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1 and 1/4 tsp Sahara
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1.5 tbsp. thinly chopped green onions (1.5 bunch)

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pot of boiling water, boil the noodles until soft, about 5 minutes, then strain in a colander. Rinse cold water to stop the cooking process, and well strain.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, and fry cauliflower. Chill. When the noodles settle, prepare the sauce. for dressing: mix vinegar, a tablespoon of the remaining oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and stir until sugar will dissolve. Stir the noodles with cabbage, dressing, mint and green onions.
