You can cook at home in the oven not only raw pork ribs, but also smoked. The dish will turn out amazingly fragrant and tasty, if smoked ribs baked on a “pillow” of onions, garlic and in a sauce of honey, vinegar and white wine.

Cut the peeled onions in half rings, garlic – into several parts, put everything in a mold or clay pot. Add rosemary, thyme sprigs, salt and mix.

In a bowl, mix wine, wine vinegar and honey. On prepared place the smoked ribs on the “pillow” of onion and garlic (you can cut into 2 halves) and pour with prepared wine sauce.

The form with smoked pork ribs is covered with foil or cover and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 2 hours. Every 30 minutes, water the ribs liquid from the bottom.

Tender smoked ribs are taken out, cut into bones on put the slices on plates and serve with a vegetable side dish and sauerkraut.
