This is a delicious homemade lasagna recipe with an interesting stuffing. You can use any smoked fish to your taste. For example, salmon, mackerel or herring. It goes well with herbs dill or parsley.

  1. Smoked fish free from bones and disassemble into small pieces. Smoked Fish Lasagna
  2. Chop onions finely. Preheat creamy in a pan butter. Fry the onion until golden brown. Gradually, constantly stir in flour. Gently pour in milk and cream. Not ceasing to stir, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add pieces of fish.
  3. Grease a heat-resistant baking dish with butter oil. Pour a little creamy sauce into the bottom of the dish, distributing thin layer all over the bottom. Line the bottom of the mold with lasagna sheets. Pour over the sauce again with pieces of fish. In this sequence lay out all the layers of lasagna. Pour sauce on top generously.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake with Lasagna for 45 minutes. When the top is lightly browned, cover the baking dish foil sheet.
  5. Finely chop the greens. Sprinkle with lasagna when serving table.
