Igor. Question from the topic “Principle and device of the multicooker”

Coating a cup in a multicooker

“Men know what to ask.” Many models – even more opinions. Worked with different bowls of multicookers more for the experiment. You can’t say unequivocally – “this” coating the best. Judge for yourself.

The ceramic coating of the bowl is a rather fragile detail. there is the opinion that ceramics absorbs excess fat. But, I did not notice this. Here they are painted – yes. Tests say ceramic bowls slow cookers quickly lose their non-stick properties. Abrupt change temperatures are also not ice for ceramics.

If the bowl has a non-stick coating, then it is still required respectful attitude. I use a silicone spatula. Convenient and not “traumatic” for multi. Personally, it’s more convenient for me to work with such a bowl. I cook a lot, and in the non-stick coating is much higher wear resistance. Higher service life, you can “stick” in the dishwasher a car. Again, even the most neat person.

Decide which cover of the multicooker bowl is better, based on needs. If your choice is a cooking device for pressure (like a pressure cooker), then there will most likely be steel bowl. Clay bowls are problematic to care for. If you kill, then replacement will be difficult.

Feel free to ask your question through the Contact form or in any of the multicooker FAQ topics, we will answer!

Be sure to try and experiment, because the dishes in a slow cooker turns out no worse than on a stove.
