I want to offer you an original home cooking option zucchini with minced meat in the form of kebabs. Cooking this dish does not it will require a lot of labor, but the taste and serve will surpass all your expectations. - First, prepare the minced meat or use it already ready like me. After you wind the stuffing, do not forget it to salt. Roll small balls out of minced meat, do not make them too large, as excess minced meat will come out strongly from “barbecue”.
- Zucchini cut into even circles 1-1.5 cm thick.
- Take the wooden skewers for barbecue and alternately string slices of zucchini and minced balls on them. If you zucchini the same as I have longer skewers, then remove from the middle a few circles.
- Put prepared kebabs on a baking sheet, next arrange the remaining circles of zucchini.
- Prepare the fill. In a bowl, pass the garlic through a press, to add sour cream, salt and spices to taste. Shuffle. Top skewers and zucchini evenly spread with the mixture.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
- After time, remove the kebabs from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese. Return the baking tray back to the oven for another 10 minutes.
