Sillabab (whipped cream with alcohol) with macaroons

This is truly an Italian-English hybrid: syllabab – completely English dish, although liquor makes it utterly Italian. Amaretti’s crumbled cookies make it look like soaked sponge cake and soft cream. Very tasty as well cooking takes literally minutes. This dessert you can put on the table not only for the holiday, but whenever you want complete dinner with aplomb. Share with friends: Photo Sillabab (whipped cream with alcohol) with almond cookiesTime: one 5 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Used in recipes volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/3 Art. Amaretto liquor
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. fat cream
  • 1 pack (225 gr.) Amaretti cookies (soft almond Makarunov)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour Amaretto into a bowl, add sugar, lemon juice and mix. Pour in the cream and whisk the mixture until it is thickens, does not become soft and magnificent.
  2. In each of the 4 glasses, crumble 2 Amaretti cookies (they should take about 2/3 tbsp.) Lay on top of cookies glasses of syllabab. Crumble another 1 – 2 cookies and sprinkle with these golden crumbs dessert surface. Serve with the rest cookies.
