- 1 lime juice + serving wedges

- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped + 2 tsp. sauce adobo
- 1 tsp ground zira

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl, mix grapefruit segments, hikama, red onions, cilantro, lime juice and 1 tbsp. l olive oil; salt, pepper and mix.
- Lubricate the grill pan with olive oil and heat on moderate to high heat. Fry a few tortillas in a pan within 1-2 minutes on each side. Wrap with foil so that they not cool.
