Shrimp Crab Salad with Dressing wasabi

Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 in quality snacks Recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 fresh lobster tails
  • 12 large cut prawns
  • 110 gr. sliced crab meat in pieces
  • 2 tbsp. l freshly grated wasabi root, or 1 tbsp. l finished horseradish mixed with 2 tsp. wasabi paste
  • 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1/3 Art. canola oil
  • 4 tbsp. tat soy leaves (mustard spinach), or 2 tbsp. salad greens plus 2 tbsp. watercress
  • 4 diced small plum tomatoes, or 2 large tomato
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 55 gr. daikon seedlings for decoration
  • 1 pack rice crackers

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. AT In a medium-sized bowl, prepare ice water. Dip in boiling water lobster tails and boil until tender, 5-7 minutes, broth leave it. Place the lobsters in ice water with forceps when they are cool, drain the water, chop the shell and remove the meat. Cut meat into 4 parts.
  2. Bring the broth again to a boil. Put the shrimp and boil until ready, 3-5 minutes. After 3 minutes check shrimp they don’t must be digested. Strain the shrimp and immediately shift to ice water. When they cool, put them on a paper towel, to dry, then clean.
  3. In a small bowl, combine wasabi, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar. Shuffle. Whisk, add oil to make emulsion. Add crab meat, lobster meat to the dressing, shrimp, salad mustard and tomatoes. Serve on rice crackers, sprinkled with daikon seedlings.
