- 4 minced cloves of garlic
- 1/4 Art. chopped shallots
- 3 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp crushed red hot pepper
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 2/3 Art. breadcrumbs
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Lemon slices, for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220C.
- Shrimp need to be cleaned, place in a bowl and mix with olive oil, wine, 2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper. Give infuse at room temperature while doing oil and garlic sauce.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with shallots, parsley, rosemary, red pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and chopped garlic.
- Take an oval baking dish with a diameter of 35 cm and, starting from the outer edge, spread the shrimp in one position, and tails directed to the center of the dish. Pour the remaining shrimp marinade. Then put the garlic butter sauce evenly on shrimp. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. until the sauce begins to boil. If you like a browned crust, you can leave another 1 a minute. Serve the shrimp with lemon wedges.
