- 0.6 kg medium shrimp, peeled from shells and intestinal veins
- 350 gr snow peas in pods
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced in a semicircle
- 4 feathers of green onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 Art. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp. l dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. l grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp. l fried sesame seeds

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pot with a steaming basket, bring to boiling water. Put the peas, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Put the peas from a double boiler and immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water to let it cool. Drain and blot the peas dry.
- Put the shrimp directly into the pot with the same water and again bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain, then shift shrimp in a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and pat the shrimp dry.
- Cut each shrimp in half lengthwise. Chop peas over diagonals 1 cm wide by trimming the ends. In a large bowl, mix shrimp, peas, radishes and onions.
- In a small bowl, mix vinegar, both types of oil, ginger and 0.5 tsp salt. Season the salad immediately before serving; from above sprinkle with sesame seeds.
