  2. Add baking powder, salt, yolks and sugar – collect the dough into a lump.

  4. You don’t need to knead for a long time, as they were collected – immediately remove refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. After an hour, roll out the dough 3 mm thick and cut circles.
  6. We distribute each circle in the form for baskets.
  7. You can’t lubricate the molds, because there are a lot of oils.
  8. We prick the dough at the bottom with a fork.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven 200º-210º for about 15 minutes.
  10. We take out the baskets from the molds and let cool.
  11. Before baking the next batch of molds you can not wash, but it’s necessary to cool.
  12. When all the baskets are baked and cooled – we fill.
  13. At the bottom we put a little jam or jam – to your taste.
  14. And the rest of the space is filled with custard protein cream.
