  1. Mix pre-sifted flour, slightly softened butter, baking powder, eggs and sugar. The dough should be elastic, soft.
  2. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, put in it dough and stretch on the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at temperature 1800C.
  3. For cream in another bowl, mix yolks, vanillin, sugar, cream. Heat on the stove until the cream thicken (while constantly stirring the cream with a whisk). Cool.
  4. Beat the cooled cream with a mixer with softened creamy oil.
  5. Put the cream on the cake, garnish with kiwi slices, and in the center arrange a handful of berries.
