- Mix pre-sifted flour, slightly softened butter, baking powder, eggs and sugar. The dough should be elastic, soft.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, put in it dough and stretch on the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at temperature 1800C.
- For cream in another bowl, mix yolks, vanillin, sugar, cream. Heat on the stove until the cream thicken (while constantly stirring the cream with a whisk). Cool.
- Beat the cooled cream with a mixer with softened creamy oil.
- Put the cream on the cake, garnish with kiwi slices, and in the center arrange a handful of berries.
