This shortbread cereal cookie is incredibly delicious. It’s in moderately sweet, crunchy, crumbles in your mouth, and all this complement nuts, seeds, sesame and flaxseed. Be sure to cook at home, it’s just super cookies.

  1. Combine all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, vanilla and baking powder.

  2. Add softened butter and grind into crumbs with dry mix.

  3. Break the egg into the butter and flour mixture and knead the dough.

  4. Divide the dough into two parts and roll into a thin layer (up to 5 mm) between two sheets of parchment. Cut out cookie sheet from dough sheet any shape you like best, I have squares (7 cm on 7 cm). Just do not make cookies of small size, as on cereals will be laid out to him.

  5. Put cookies on a baking sheet.
