  1. Boil the eggs. Separate the yolks from proteins (no proteins needed).

  2. Mash the yolks with a fork.

  3. Add sugar and salt to the softened butter. Then the yolks. Mix everything and divide into 2 parts.
  4. In one part add cocoa and 110 gr. flour.

  5. In another 120 gr. flour.

  6. Knead both types of dough, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  7. Roll the dough into a layer 1 cm.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes. at 180 degrees.
