  1. My arugula, remove the stiff ends of the stems. In a blender load the arugula, pour in the lemon juice and beat until smooth, adding a little olive oil. Salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the mushrooms, peppers, onions, carrots and chop approximately in equal pieces. We sort cabbage into inflorescences.
  3. Cook shells 2 minutes less than indicated on the packaging and shift into cold water.
  4. In a pan where pasta was cooked, put mushrooms and vegetables, cook for 7 minutes.
  5. Throw the vegetables in a colander and stuff the shells.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We put shells on baking sheet covered with baking paper, pour over sauce from arugula and send to the oven for 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
