  1. Boil champignons in salted water with bay leaf 7 minutes. Cut the mushrooms in half.
  2. Boil eggs, peel and cut into 4 parts.
  3. Bake bell pepper in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then cut it into thin strips.
  4. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into small cubes and arrange on a plate.
  5. Next, cut the onion into thin half rings, spread on top vegetables and salt.
  6. Then spread the mushrooms.
  7. Cut the ham into thin strips, put it on the salad, sprinkle with chopped parsley (you can without it). Spice up.
  8. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and sprinkle on the central part lettuce.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle salad.
  10. Gently lay eggs on top. You can decorate if you wish also olives.
  11. Sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
