In this climbing, sheets are used instead of the traditional dough. matzo. You can also cook at home from thin Armenian pita bread. BUT for the filling we take two types of minced meat – from turkey and from veal. Yummy and just!

  1. From minced veal and turkey, cook minced meat.
  2. Dice the eggplant. Chop onions finely. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Garlic crush. Green finely chop it up. Sephardic Lasagna
  3. Fry the whole meat in a pan until cooked. Pour cinnamon.
  4. Fry onions in another pan. Add garlic, mushrooms, eggplant and greens. Stir fry over medium heat until readiness. Add 300 g of tomato sauce and honey. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Prepare a lezon by beating eggs with milk. Sephardic Lasagna
  6. Grease the baking dish with oil. Pour a little on the bottom tomato sauce.
  7. Sprinkle sheets of matzoh with water, dip in lezon and put in two layer on top of tomato sauce. Put a layer of minced meat and vegetables. Repeat layers several times. Put the last layer of matzo. Cover with tomato sauce and the remaining lezon.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put bake on 40 minutes.
