An original and tasty dish prepared at home from large shells stuffed with meat. Can be made as a main course on dinner or as a hot snack at the buffet table.

- In fried vegetable oil, fry onion, chopped half rings.
- Add minced meat (pork + beef), lightly fry.
- Add zucchini, diced and fry about twenty minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, also in cubes, lightly salt, pepper and fry together for five minutes.
- Add finely chopped greens, stir and remove bending.
- Fill large shells (e.g. Lumakoni) with chilled minced meat.
- Arrange them in a ceramic baking dish with approximate dimensions 20 × 30cm. Pour cream, lightly to salt.
- Cover with foil paper and put in the oven on half an hour at 180 degrees.
- Carefully take out the form, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and return into the oven without foil for another ten minutes.
- Serve ready-made shells with cherry tomatoes and herbs. Have a nice appetite!
