An original and tasty dish prepared at home from large shells stuffed with meat. Can be made as a main course on dinner or as a hot snack at the buffet table.

  1. In fried vegetable oil, fry onion, chopped half rings.
  2. Add minced meat (pork + beef), lightly fry.
  3. Add zucchini, diced and fry about twenty minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, also in cubes, lightly salt, pepper and fry together for five minutes.
  5. Add finely chopped greens, stir and remove bending.
  6. Fill large shells (e.g. Lumakoni) with chilled minced meat.
  7. Arrange them in a ceramic baking dish with approximate dimensions 20 × 30cm. Pour cream, lightly to salt.
  8. Cover with foil paper and put in the oven on half an hour at 180 degrees.
  9. Carefully take out the form, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and return into the oven without foil for another ten minutes.
  10. Serve ready-made shells with cherry tomatoes and herbs. Have a nice appetite! at
