  1. Funchozu shift in a bowl, pour boiling water from the kettle, salt, set aside for 4 – 5 minutes. Then funchose recline in a colander and rinse with cold water.
  2. Wash and cut the cherry in half.
  3. Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences.
  4. Wash and dry seafood.
  5. Heat the pan over high heat, add oil, warm, put seafood and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add broccoli and cherry and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Pour in oyster sauce, mix, simmer until thickened sauce.
  8. Salt, pepper, add funchose and mix well. Dinner ready. Enjoy your meal!
